Modern Home Transformation
The following is an Empire Construction Canada story where the company changed the exterior of a basic single storey home to a classic two storey contemporary home. This renovation project is a perfect example of our commitment to build comfortable, beautiful and practical living spaces according to the client’s wish.
Exterior Transformation
The original house had a plain, one-storey frontage which was almost entirely transformed into a modern two storey house. The new design is more modern than classical with a clear horizontal and vertical division of space, large window openings and an original entrance which contributes to the differentiation of the silhouette.
Interior Renovation
It was naked on the interior, then rebuilt to accommodate an increase in the overall layouts envelope. For the main floor we implemented an open concept where the living room, dining and kitchen are zone combined. Aside from enhancing the functionality of the house it also creates a spacious and approachable setting for the house
Living and Dining Area
The living room now has the modern form of flooring, lightings and a plain looking yet comfortable with a tinge of style. The dining area adds to this with modern furnishing and discreet designing making the whole area very classy yet inviting
Staircase and Second Floor Addition
New stairs were added as a result of the construction of the second storey of the building. This addition has other bedrooms and a bath which means a family would grow and everyone would be able to find space comfortable enough. The staircase is designed to be a centre of attention with the glass railing and the simple design.
Kitchen Remodel
The kitchen remodeling was done to the highest standards, including top of the range cabinets, stylish appliances and beautiful tile. White light grey and a bit lighter special lighting system below the cabinets makes it ideal for families and dinner parties.
Finishing Touches
Each aspect of this home design was planned, including the lightings, floor, and wall treatments. This leads to a home which meets its purpose and at the same time has a modern outlook which makes the occupants to be comfortable in their homes.
